About Us

The Kachur Wealth Community Arena, previously known as the Clavet Community Arena, has been a cornerstone of our community since its construction in 1988-89. Built with the hard work of contractors and dedicated volunteers, the arena features an 85’ by 190’ ice surface with artificial ice, installed early each September and removed in late April/early May. Our facility also includes a fully stocked concession that accepts cash, Debit, Visa, and Mastercard, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Operated by a non-profit board, the arena is sustained through ice rentals, kitchen sales, and our Bingo fundraising program. It proudly hosts the Clavet Minor Hockey program, the Clavet Skating Club, numerous recreational teams, and the Clavet Senior Hockey team. We are committed to supporting local programs that primarily serve the residents of the Village of Clavet, RM of Blucher, and RM of Dundurn.

As of November 15, 2024, we are excited to announce a new chapter for our arena. Thanks to a very generous five-year donation from Kachur Wealth Management, our facility has been renamed the Kachur Wealth Community Arena. This partnership ensures the continued growth and vitality of our arena, securing its place as a hub for sports and community gatherings.

Conveniently located just east of Saskatoon on Highway 16—only a 10-minute (18 km) drive from the new Costco—the Kachur Wealth Community Arena remains a place where community spirit and sport come together.
